International Conference on Wastewater Treatment Technologies 2025 will be held on 9 December 2025 at the Hong Kong Science Museum. The conference is jointly organised by the Drainage Services Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers – Civil Division.

With this year's theme, 'Hong Kong International Confluence: Microbial Synergy for Green Wastewater Treatment Horizons'. The conference will highlights groundbreaking work in sewage treatment. This landmark event will bring together nine globally renowned experts and leading organizations from around the world to share insights, innovations, and best practices. Through themed discussions on innovation and sustainability, the conference will foster cross-sector collaboration, strengthen Hong Kong's capability in wastewater management, and accelerate practical solutions for a sustainable future.
